Savings and Loans

Main duties
Collect daily or weekly savings from customers.
Record deposits and withdrawals in passbooks or digital systems.
Keep accurate financial records and submit collections to the office or financial institution.
Explain savings products and terms to customers.
Follow up on customers who miss payments.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customers’ funds.
