It applies to www.projgh.com and all related websites, applications, services and tools, regardless of how you access them, including via mobile devices. Pro-J Media Production is the data controller.

Requests are processed within a reasonable period in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act. A fee may apply but will not exceed the amount permitted by law.

If your information is factually incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request modification or deletion by contacting us with the subject line 'Request Privacy Policy' via our Contact Form.

8 Protection & Retention

We use technical and administrative security measures — including firewalls, data encryption, and physical and administrative access controls — to limit the risk of loss, abuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. If you believe your account has been abused, contact us through the Contact Form.

Personal information is retained no longer than legally permissible and deleted when no longer necessary for the described purposes.

Spam & Abuse: You may not add Pro-J users to mailing lists for commercial purposes without explicit consent. Unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited.

Third Parties: This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by Pro-J. We have no control over third-party privacy policies. When we use third-party tools, we indicate which policy applies.
